Rental Agreement, Security Deposit, Additional Details
Our Camper Rental Company knows how challenging it can be to plan a trip, but booking a vehicle with us is easy, affordable and fun. To book with us, the Camper Deposit of half the cost of the entire stay and damage deposit of $400.00 will be required at booking date.
We must find the camper in the same condition as you received it. You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself before you leave including but not limited to emptying and disposing of all trash, cleaning any and all dishes, utensils or appliances used, cleaning up the bathroom (tub, toilet & sink if used). If we have to clean up after you it may be deducted from your security deposit. Basic cleaning supplies will be provided. NMCR will be following CDC and MHHS guidelines to clean between rentals in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines.
Renter must be 27 years of age or older, if debit card or credit card is used for payment, the card must be in the Renter’s name. A $400.00 security deposit is required at booking. This security deposit covers the cost, in the event there are missing or damaged items inside or damages to the outside of the camper during your stay. The security deposit may also be used to pay any money owed.
The security deposit is refundable, except for deductions prescribed for in the Rental Agreement, within 7 business days after the Rental Period End Date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit your reservation deposit. Additionally, cancellation of reservations 30 days or more will receive a full refund of deposit. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption that occurs due to inclement weather.
